Bills of Cost

Our team are highly experienced in the preparation of Bills of Costs in NSW, Victorian, and Federal Jurisdictions and are retained in matters of all sizes - from as little as $5,000 in costs, to multi-million dollar proceedings.

Our dedicated legal costs specialists ensure that each Bill of Costs we prepare includes full particularisation and detail of all relevant work undertaken by the legal representatives, maximising recovery. Our expertise in respect of both legal costs and litigation means that we can accurately interpret costs orders and undertake any required apportionment as well as prepare quality legal submissions in support of the claim.

Our methods regularly result in 100% of costs incurred incurred in proceedings being recovered on assessment.

Full Service Assessments

We also offer a full service costs assessments on behalf of a Costs Applicant. Included as part of our full service the review of objections, the preparation of the response to any objections received, and all correspondence with you, the Costs Assessor, and the Costs Respondent's legal representative.

Our aim is to provide a complete and streamlined costs assessment process for our clients, to ensure that our instructing solicitors can concentrate on legal matters, and that clients obtain a fast and superior outcome in the final step of litigation.

We can also assist in any part of the costs assessment process, including the drafting of objections on behalf of a Costs Respondent, and general legal costs advice.
