We are a premier, Sydney-based, legal costs firm. Our Principal Solicitor, Charlotte Morson, is recognised as an expert in the field of legal costs and has been retained as a costs expert in many of Australia's multi-million dollar, high-profile cases. Prior to moving to the field of legal costs, Charlotte practised in the area of litigation. This litigation experience combined with her legal costs expertise uniquely places her as one of the few legal costs experts with valuable hands-on experience of how legal costs are incurred in every day practice. Our firm is built on a basis of this hands-on experience, rather than legal costs theory alone.

Charlotte is a regular contributor to the Law Society Journal in respect of legal cost issues, is current President of the St George Sutherland Regional Law Society, and is a member of the Law Society's Costs Committee.
