Our principal, Charlotte Morson, is experienced in preparing quality expert reports and affidavits for use in Supreme and Federal Courts. Recover Unpaid Legal Fees
There are various methods to recovering unpaid legal fees from clients ranging from negotiation, proceedings, or a cost assessment. Where possible, our preference is to recover fees by way of a costs assessment in the NSW Supreme Court. There are strict time limits to commencing costs assessments against clients.
